Winning with Integrity Winning with Integrity: Handbook on Corporate Responsibility A UK task force has produced a guide to help companies of all sizes become more socially responsible. Winning With Integrity is the result of a two-year effort by the Business Impact on Society Task Force, a working group created with the backing of the Prince of Wales. The task force is led by Business in the Community and chaired by Bill Cockburn, group managing director of BT. The guide explains the commercial benefits of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in relation to the workforce, the marketplace, the environment, the community, human rights and other key areas. For each topic, it provides indicators for businesses to assess their own impact on society and suggests an action plan to help them develop and improve their work on CSR. There is advice both for businesses which are relatively new to CSR and for those who are already involved but want to improve their performance.
